She's almost here!!! 12-10-09

Can you believe she's almost here!?! 10 Days till our due date, Dec 20th, 2009! We have been so busy praisin' and preparin' that time has just gotten away from me since our last post. We continue to be in awe and wonder of our Gracious God and the wonder He has done.... and overwhelmed with His grace and protection in little Laney's health and development! At our 36 week appointment, we got to do an ultrasound and see how much those precious little feet have grown, her pumping her diaghram (practicing for breathing), and see that she was head down in great position for birth. Thank You Lord!! Things have definitely been progressing and we have physically felt the preparation for her arrival... It could literally be any day! :0
We wanted to take this time to say thank you, as always, for your continued prayers that are so very felt and so deeply appreciated. Our lack of posts lately have not been due to a lack of heart, thought or gratitude! We continue to ask for your prayers as we run this final stretch and prepare for her arrival. I am in Midland now (Brad will be here tomorrow) and unfortunately do not have hardly any e-mail addresses (they're all on our home computer in Brady). The best way for us to keep you up to date is really through this blog (like we did for our in-vitro). So please check back often for any news =) This is such a long awaited dream... we just can't hardly take it in that this is really happening... it's so amazing.
"Brothers, as an example of patience in the face of suffering, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. As you know, we consider blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job's perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy." James 5:10-11
THE LORD IS FULL OF COMPASSION AND MERCY!!
